Drop.io is a file sharing tool that is free and simple. Users can very quickly create person sharing drops, and upload content in a variety of ways including via the web, by email and by phone. It can be shared via the web or through social distribution tools such as FaceBook, Twitter and iTunes. These drops are not searchable and can be password-protected. Links are available to simple instructions on the different ways to place files in the drop and to distribute them.
